In honor of opening
I've just gotten home from the opening night of "The Last Unicorn," and I'm a little giddy. Possibly in part from lack of sleep- I hope to remedy that soon. In the meantime, here are some awesome production photos from the show. They were taken by friend of the company TC McGrath. Enjoy!
Hey! I attended the performance last night and I just wanted to tell you that it was absolutely wonderful. I am so glad that there are people like you out there with a head full of great ideas that you have chosen share with the world. It was moving in a number of ways for me. I wish you the best in all that you do! :)
You must tell Christina Gorman hello for me - I'm Kayla Brink - and we were in high school together. I'm so proud of her! Also it looks as if she is as skinny as she was before! Might I remind her i still have items from our Sleeping Beauty Play - Evilina that she was! - Once again it looks like an awesome performance and i'm so thrilled to know she is doing well!!
I'm a director, actor, and occasional writer for the stage based in Chicago. As you might guess, I'm also completely obsessed (in a good way) with the work of Peter S. Beagle, especially his fantasy novel "The Last Unicorn;" so obsessed, in fact, that I adapted and directed an authorized stage version of it in 2009. Now that that's over, I do have more to say and other projects in the works. You can read about them here. Thanks for stopping by!
